Program description

The CompassCare Care Line is a text-message and voice support service operated by CompassCare LLC for its own employees, CompassCare Assistants ("CCAs"). The Care Line provides caregiving guidance about client-care situations and directs urgent matters to CompassCare's Administrator on Duty. The Care Line number is (516) 373-2273 (516-373-CARE).

How you opt in

CCAs receive the Care Line number from CompassCare during onboarding. Texting the Care Line is optional. You opt in by sending a text message to (516) 373-2273. By texting the Care Line, you agree to receive text-message replies to the messages you send. CompassCare only replies to messages you send; we do not send marketing or promotional messages, and consent to receive texts is not a condition of employment.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies based on your conversation. Message and data rates may apply.

Help and opting out

Reply HELP at any time for help, or contact the Administrator on Duty at (917) 855-8283 or info@compasscarellc.com.

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent. You may text the Care Line again at any time to resume.

Emergencies

The Care Line is not an emergency service. In an emergency, call 911.

Carrier disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared only with service providers that operate the Care Line on CompassCare's behalf (such as our telephone and messaging providers), solely to deliver the service. For client privacy, please do not include a client's full name, address, date of birth, or medical record details in your messages. See our full Privacy Policy.
